How to delete your account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (username, email, avatar, all other hashes, tokens and id values) from within the app. To do this you need to:

  1. Login to your account in SmartPref Pro app
  2. Tap your avatar to open account details
  3. Tap «Delete my account» button on top left corner
  4. Confirm that you really want to do that
  5. Your account will then be scheduled for deletion in next 24 hours and you will be logged off
  6. You then can login again to prevent the deletion if you decide to keep your account
